Since winning the 2025 New Forest Business of the Year, the shop has been busier than ever. To ensure our most loyal local customers always get access to our finest produce, we have created The Master Butcher’s Reserve.
This is a £50 monthly curated box of our absolute best. Every month, our Head Butcher and Kitchen Manager put together an exclusive selection of our award-winning dry-cured meats, traditional sausages, prime cuts, and small-batch in-house deli items that don't always make it onto the main shop shelves.
How the Reserve works:
Strictly Limited: Because everything is cut, cured, and prepped by hand, we are capping the Reserve at 50 people. Once the spots are gone, a waitlist will open.
Zero Hassle: Your payment is processed automatically once per month.
Collection Day: Your box will be freshly prepped and waiting for you to collect from the farm shop on the first Friday of every month.
The Value: We guarantee the retail value of the box will always exceed the subscription price.
Note: Due to the curated, seasonal nature of this box, we cannot accept custom requests or substitutions. It is simply the best of what we have, reserved specifically for you.
