Because we are shipping fresh, high-quality produce, our delivery process is a little different from ordering a t-shirt online. Here is everything you need to know about how your food gets from our farm to your fridge.

How We Pack Your Order

We treat every online order with the exact same care as if you were picking it up from our butcher's counter in person.

  • Temperature Controlled: All fresh meat and chilled items are packed into specially designed, eco-friendly insulated boxes.

  • Stay-Cold Technology: We use professional-grade ice packs that keep your food safely chilled for up to 72 hours in transit.

  • Packed with Care: Every single order is packed by our own team here at the farm, then securely sealed and marked as "Fragile" to ensure the courier handles it with the respect your Sunday Roast deserves!

Let's Talk About the £7.50 Delivery Fee

We believe in being completely transparent with our customers. Shipping heavy, perishable food safely across the country is expensive.

Currently, to send a single temperature-controlled, fragile-handled box, it actually costs us over £11.20 (£9.35 + VAT + Fragile handling fees).

However, we don’t want shipping costs to stop you from enjoying great local food. That is why we cap your delivery fee at just £7.50, and we proudly absorb the rest of the cost ourselves.

  • Heavy Orders (Over 20kg): If you are stocking up the freezer or ordering multiple hampers, your order might tip over the 20kg-25kg mark. When this happens, we have to safely split your order into two separate boxes to protect the produce.
