Easter at the Shop and Butchery
Easter Sunday is all about gathering the family for a proper feast. This year, make the centerpiece truly special with meat from Hockey’s award-winning butchery.
Whether you are looking for a traditional locally reared Leg of Lamb, a succulent joint of our own rare breed British Lop pork, or a dry-aged rib of beef, our master butchers have prepared the finest cuts for your table. Because we source locally and farm our own, you can taste the quality in every bite.
Don't forget the trimmings: Our farm shop shelves are bursting with everything you need to complete the meal. Pick up fresh spring vegetables, jars of goose fat for the perfect roasties, and artisan mint sauce or apple condiment.
Master Butcher’s Recommendation: "For a real crowd-pleaser, try our British Lop Hand of Pork. It offers incredible crackling and stays moist and tender, perfect for a large family gathering."
