A spectacular, highly limited true New Forest delicacy.
We have managed to secure just three exceptional Hoggets, reared exclusively by Wendy Maughan right here in Bramshaw, New Forest.
For the true foodie, Hogget (sheep aged between one and two years) is the holy grail. It has grazed on New Forest pasture longer than Spring Lamb, resulting in a deeper, richer, and sweeter flavour that is completely unmatched.
Warning: Because we only have 3 animals, we only have 6 halves available. When they are gone, they are gone.
🚨 HOW PRE-ORDERS WORK:
This is a £20.00 deposit to secure your highly limited cut.
Our butchers will contact you to discuss exactly how you would like your half prepared (Leg, Shoulder, Chops, etc.).
The final price will be calculated by exact weight. You simply pay the remaining balance when you collect!
Collection: Available from the Farm Shop between Thursday, 2nd April and Saturday, 4th April.
