Reclaim the Sunday ritual with a centrepiece that honors traditional British husbandry. We believe the quality of your roast is determined in the field, which is why we source exclusively from a close network of trusted local farmers - partners we know by name, such as Alistair Cutts (Beef) and Wendy Maughan (Lamb).
This isn't anonymous meat packed in a factory; these are hand-butchered joints from animals raised on local pastures. While the specific farm may vary depending on who has the best stock that week, the standard never drops. Every joint is fully traceable and chosen by our Master Butchers for its eating quality.
Our Butcher's Secret: Hockey's Own Tallow. To help you achieve the perfect roast, every box includes a tub of Hockey's Own Beef Tallow, rendered in small batches right here in our farm kitchen(subject to availability). This is the traditional butcher's secret for guaranteeing the crispest, golden roast potatoes - a "nose-to-tail" artisan product you simply won’t find in the supermarket aisles.

2. Large: The "Leftovers" Feast (Feeds 6+) Designed for larger gatherings or for those who believe Monday lunch is just as important as Sunday dinner. We scale up the meat significantly (1.8kg+ joints or 2 whole birds), increase the potatoes and veg to 3kg each, and double the gravy. Perfect for cold cuts, bubble & squeak, and stock pots.

There is nothing quite like a proper farm shop breakfast. We’ve bundled our award-winning butchery with the finest local bakery essentials and pantry staples to create a morning ritual you’ll actually want to wake up for.
The star of the show is our Native Breed Pork. We source exclusively from local farmers who raise traditional heritage breeds (such as the British Lop or Berkshire). These pigs are grown slowly outdoors, producing meat that is creamy, rich, and full of proper flavour.
We pair this with our Dry-Cured Back Bacon, which is cured traditionally by hand in our own butchery. This means no white residue in the pan and bacon that stays the same size when you cook it. Completed with rich-yolk eggs from Claytons in Romsey, a fresh Sourdough loaf, and the essential sides of beans and tomatoes, this is the breakfast you deserve.
