Our Star: Paul Tanner's Traditional New Forest Turkey
We are proud once again to feature turkeys from Paul Tanner, a master local producer in Boldre.
Paul’s traditional, slow-growing strains are fed a GM-free diet and are given the time they need to mature for maximum flavour. The birds are dry plucked and hung for a minimum of 10 days in a refrigerated barn. This traditional method ensures you get exceptionally tender meat with a rich, full flavour—a taste of Christmas you won't forget. As a member of the New Forest Marque, Paul guarantees authentic, highest-quality local fare.
