The first Gite at 'Gayon' is almost complete, it looks absolutely wonderful. We commence work on the second, smaller, gite next week (June 2009) and it is anticipated that this will be finished by July 2009. After that we have 2 further gites to complete, we have a barn to resurrect and a wood to thin out!!! We believe that the project will be available to our customers by this time next year, and full information will be on this website

We are delighted to be able to offer our other wonderful french home for holiday rentals again this year (2009). It is ideally situated on the Nantes/Brest canal, so, is fantastic for leisurly walks, bike rides and fishing. It is within 1 hours drive of the historic port of St Malo and within 1/2 hour drive of the stunning Breton Beaches.
Although the cottage offers peace and tranquility it is, nethertheless, within close proximity to all the local market towns. The area is steeped in history with numerous castles, chateauxs and, of course, the famous Carnac standing stones situated not far away.
The cottage can accommodate upto 6 people and has it's own private garden and sun patio/barbecue area.
The cottage has got three large size bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 double beds and a kingsize bed. All the bedrooms have their own wardrobes.
There is a shower room with toilet, basin and washing machine.
There is also a well equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher.
It also offers a Dining room with dining table and six chairs, and a very large family room with 2 sets of patio doors that open out onto the sun patio, ideal for long, hot summer evenings.
You will appreciate that this is very much a family holiday home with all comforts including BBQ, DVD and Video player, bikes etc, and, it is our wish to share this home with you and ask you to enjoy it as much as we do.
In order to keep the cost to a minimum we do ask you to bring all your own bed linen, towels etc, and to clean up when you leave, you will find all the cleaning materials provided.
Due to the proximaty of the canal we do not suggest that it is suitable for families with young children... sorry.
